PAIR Finance wins the “TOP Startup Employer” award from Business Punk magazine and the analysis portal Statista. How did PAIR Finance succeed?

The fruit basket is nothing special in modern companies anymore, even like a free offer of drinks. But at the AI company PAIR Finance here is more than just a banana and a cup of coffee: happiness. This was also determined by the business magazine Business Punk in its survey of the 250 best start-up employers, in which PAIR Finance was among the three best employers in finance.

At PAIR Finance, people from 21 nations come together. Especially in the past few years, the company has grown strongly. This is often a difficult undertaking, as new structures have to be created. When it became foreseeable that our teams would increasingly have to work from home offices due to the Corona crisis, a basic rule of the PAIR Finance family was taken to heart: Employee Participation. All employees were asked for their preferences and were involved. Flexibility in working is a major plus for the staff.

When PAIR Finance moved to new offices within the West Berlin office building and embraced the modern working environment.
